Store Policy 

Ordering 

All custom merchandise, display products, headwear, apparel, bags, umbrellas, and sourced products are produced based on customer specifications and approved artwork. 

Production does not begin until artwork, specifications, and order details have been approved. 

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in material costs, freight rates, tariffs, and market conditions.

Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. VLD is not responsible for errors approved during the proofing process, including spelling, colors, sizing, or artwork placement.

Production Times

Production timelines begin after final approval of artwork and order details.

Estimated production and shipping dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and logistics partners. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of VLD.

Returns and Cancellations

Because most products are custom manufactured, custom orders are generally non returnable and non-refundable.

If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect or production error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can review and resolve the situation.

Intellectual Propert

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you have the right to use such materials and authorize VLD to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
