Frequently asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our
programs, partnerships, and fulfillment capabilities.
Vu Line Direct works exclusively with promotional product distributors, resellers, and agency partners. We do not sell directly to end users, allowing our partners to confidently position us as an extension of their team without channel conflict.
Program business refers to repeatable, scalable initiatives such as multi-location rollouts, retail programs, corporate campaigns, and ongoing fulfillment projects. Our systems and processes are designed to support these programs efficiently over time, not just one-off orders.
Unlike catalog-only suppliers, Vu Line Direct provides end-to-end program infrastructure including sourcing, decoration, kitting, and fulfillment. We take ownership of execution so distributors can focus on selling and relationship management instead of operations.
No long-term contracts are required to become a partner. Many distributors start with a single program and continue working with us as they see the value our infrastructure brings to their business.
To become a partner, distributors submit a reseller or distributor application for review. Once approved, you’ll gain access to program pricing, partner support, and our full range of program-ready capabilities.
We provide full-service fulfillment including warehousing, pick-and-pack, kitting, labeling, and nationwide distribution. Our fulfillment services are designed to support complex, multi-location programs with speed and accuracy.
Yes. We regularly fulfill programs that ship to hundreds or thousands of locations across the U.S. and internationally. Each shipment is tracked and managed to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Absolutely. Our kitting services combine products from across our brand portfolio into cohesive, program-ready kits. Each kit is assembled, quality-checked, and packaged to ensure consistent presentation and reliability.
Partners have access to real-time order visibility, including production milestones, fulfillment updates, and shipping information. This transparency makes it easier to communicate timelines and updates to your clients.
Depending on the program, shipments may originate from our U.S.-based facilities or from global production partners. We choose fulfillment locations strategically to optimize timelines, cost, and delivery reliability.
